Based on a burning ambition to share and spread over 20 years of people management experience, learnings, wisdom, ideas and knowledge to many more organisations, I started Particularly People in 2008.

We are about a "fresh" approach, being "affordable" and, "accessible" to any size business, in any location, within Australia or overseas.

My background is diverse, stretching across multi-national, multi-site, global, greenfields, private and listed organisations. I bring proven corporate and consulting experience from a wide range of industries including Retail, IT, Professional associations, FMCG, Recruitment, Energy Infrastructure and Charitable NFP.

My competence and passion lies in "enabling" organisations to achieve their dream through great people... people who are contributing, inspired, engaged and true ambassadors for your organisation.

This means offering our valued clients a range of services, either on a strategic, tactical or operational level, which effectively supports the whole of the employee lifecycle.

My thirst for new knowledge and seeking out fresh ways of approaching people solutions keeps me on top of my profession and I share these learnings with my clients.

When not focussed on my love of working with people in business, I am indulging in valuable time with family and friends, dining and entertaining, travelling (preferably overseas), supporting the performing arts and volunteer charity work.

My greatest assets: Listening, balancing my head and heart, enabling growth, making things happen and, regular laughter.

Qualifications: Master, OD and Strategic HRM; Master, Leadership (major Change Mgt); B. Bus. HR Management and Industrial Relations; Dip. HR Management; Cert. IV Training and Assessment and, Dip. Company Directors Course.
