Particularly People values and respects the environment and community we live in.

We are a small business wanting to do what's best and what's right for today and for the many generations to come. Our sense of business responsibility is strong so we continually strive to improve in this area, never believing the journey is complete.

We define Responsible Business as "conducting business in ways that produces social, environmental and economic benefits for the communities in which we operate and for our stakeholders" for the many years to come.

We focus on 2 core areas:

1. Environmental Care

• Reduce and recycle waste
• Conserve energy and water
• Reduce paper wastage
• Use of greener products and services

2. Community Care

• Mentor for the Australian Human Resource Institute program
• Financial sponsor and fundraiser for several nominated charities
• Embrace and value the diversity of people we work with
• Provide a fair and value for money fee structure to clients
• Support small business and assist neighbours in the local community
• Connect regularly with schools for work experience programs, workforce employability presentations and student coaching
• Share knowledge through guest speaking at conferences, business forums, networking groups and special events
• Volunteer charity work for the Motor Neurone Disease Association of NSW*
